- One of the split-team dungeons related to the Empyrean Cloister Quest and Sword of Lost Hope Quest.
- One team from the Empyrean Cloister Quest must take this route.
- Doors are opened by levers thrown in the Upper Empyrean Mausoleum and vice versa.
- The Barbed Fletching Tool, Obsidian Dagger, and Empyrean Scalemail Shirt drop off the Mausoleum Guardian in the final room.
- During the A Perfect Paradox event, the upper level requirement was removed (was 15-25).
