Is this necessary? This NPC flags you for the Isin Dule Helm quest, which is entirely different. I can't verify that the step isn't necessary, as I've spoken to him before and I don't have any other toons ready to flag for DI, but he certainly says nothing about the DI quest.

Yes, talking to Kiriel flags you to enter the Deep Mukkir Nest on Vissidal. If you look at the Dark Isle page, it looks like the quest to get the Helm of Isin Dule is what opened up Dark Isle. --Widgeon 00:51, 7 August 2009 (UTC)
