It looks like there's a black augmentation gem and variations for each damage type -- probably a way to remove the damage reduction augs.
There are also boxed alt currencies -- venom sacs, colo coins, mhoire coins, and gear markers -- both single and with a "10" overlay. I'm guessing these could be for an alt currency exchanger.
Three new item sets: Epic End/Epic Str, Epic Will/Epic Focus, Epic Quick/Epic Coord.
