Forum:Rares Update

Ok so I'm pretty blown away by what they did for the rares update, I was expecting some minor tweaks but they've essentially replaced the whole system with a modern version. So I'm thinking what might be best for the wiki pages is to just move all existing rare pages to retired versions and we can just start from scratch making new pages as rares are found since the numbering/tiers/stats have been updated. That will avoid any confusion between old and new rares I hope.

Once we've found a couple rares we can make a new template if needed and decide on how to structure the main page. --How often to wash makeup brushes? ,wholesale mac makeup ,,http://clarisonicmia2us.webs.com/#18392 19:22, April 12, 2010 (UTC)

It looks like only the jewelry, weapons and armor were updated, and all items retained their rare #s. Moving old stats to a retired page looks like the way to go and after a few weeks once we've got updated stats on more of them we can remake the rares page with the new tier divisions. --How often to wash makeup brushes? ,wholesale mac makeup ,,http://clarisonicmia2us.webs.com/#18392 23:47, April 19, 2010 (UTC)

Should the Rares page get purged of all retired item data? Also i am working on a slight format change for that page to clean it up slightly at Immortalbob/Sandbox in case you have any comments. --Immortalbob 01:14, 3 November 2010 (EST)

ok, so i read a post by paraduck [[1]] that shows the new tier layout. Tier 4 is armor and jewelry, tier 5 eternals, hieroglyphs, tier 6 weapons. looks like i will have to change my initial intentions. --Immortalbob 13:32, 3 November 2010 (EST)

well that went faster then i thought, see new layout here: Immortalbob/Sandbox if no objections i will go ahead and update Rares, the rares links wiki template, and move the Rares Tier 4 stuff to Rares Tier 5. --Immortalbob 15:09, 3 November 2010 (EST)

That looks really great, I'd started on that a couple times but didn't get further than clicking edit and staring at the screen for a couple minutes it seemed like such a big task hehe. I really appreciate it. --How often to wash makeup brushes? ,wholesale mac makeup ,,http://clarisonicmia2us.webs.com/#18392 23:22, 13 November 2010 (EST)
