Betrayal Update
In the Betrayal event, the following update was made:
"The Society Explorer quests have undergone a minor face lift: The agents give you more information about the quests in the outpost towns, all dungeons associated with quests are now restricted up to level 20 (in some cases they had been restricted to level 6), some of the spawn timers on the quest items have been reduced to the proper level (roughly 30 seconds), and the rewards are overall greater for the quests."
Discoveries Update
- In the Discoveries event, the society and explorer wands were updated with new spells, icons and artwork.

Waking From the Abyss Update
- In the Waking From the Abyss event, the following changes were made:
- The society and explorer armor sets lost the old store bought leather look and now have unique styles.
- Both types of armor gained a creature or life spell and an increase in AL from 60 to 100.
- Society armor was also updated with Impenetrability II and the explorer armor spells were increased to level III.
- Each of the weapons were updated with higher base damage and new icons.
- The society weapons were also updated with mastery spells and the explorer weapon spells were increased to level III.
- Society jewelry was added and the spells found on explorer jewelry were increased from level II to III.
- All town information guides combined to form the new Nexus Town Information Guide.

- Letters now dropped by higher level creatures.

Feelings of Dread Update
- During the Feelings of Dread event the Bonus to Mana Conversion was increased from +4% to +8% for the Seasoned Explorer Nether Staff & Seasoned Explorer Baton.
