The Future: Many players have written to tell us that they really enjoyed the update to the Lethe quest, and to ask if we have any other quest updates in mind for the future. As it happens, we do, and you'll see the first of them in the December update. (Here's a hint: if you have low level characters near Holtburg, you may want to be careful where you log them out before the update.) Following updates listed on maggies:

April 2004 - A New Threat

Content Revisions We are revising two towns and two quests in April. Holtburg will be revised in the same way that Shoushi and Yaraq were previously. The portal drops and Lifestone locations will be made more convenient, and the surrounding content will be adjusted for balance. Following updates listed on maggies:

New Content and Functionality
Social Centers As also mentioned in previous Letters, over the next few months we will focus on the towns of Holtburg, Shoushi and Yaraq. Our goal is to increase player traffic through these towns, to make them more desirable places to spend time in-game. In December we'll be making a number of improvements to these three towns. These include:

Content Revisions In addition, we've revised much of the content around the starter town of Shoushi, rebalancing and tweaking where we felt it was necessary. Over time, we plan on retouching all of the older towns in this manner, as well as making other changes and improvements to make them more fun and valuable to spend time in.
