- A pivoting spyglass with numbered wheels connected to the base. It looks interesting, but you really shouldn't touch other people's equipment.

- Found at the Candeth Keep construction site during the A Swelling Tide event.
- Ah, yes, this is obviously some sort of magical device. You press the little button near the base of the instrument.
- With the locking mechanism released the spyglass spins freely.
