| Next Tuesday we are planning to deploy a patch that will revamp the Asheron's Call network code. The goal of this deployment is to alleviate or eliminate many of the port mapping issues needed to get AC running on modern routers. As long as the proper ports are open the game should just work.

| Why wasn’t my suggestion chosen?
| |

| |
| A majority of the suggestions that were not chosen fell into one of two groups. The first group included suggestions that would take much longer than a day, or even a few days. For example, a weapon tailoring system is a large undertaking requiring extreme amounts of testing. Such things are well beyond the scope of Day of Dev’s Time. The second group included suggestions that would compromise the loot system. We have no plans to change the game in such a way as to marginalize the randomized loot system by implementing tech to craft or combine items, creating superior pieces of loot.
