Description
An Empyrean Three-legged Arch just northwest of Stonehold Valley. Within the arch is a Ghost Wisp floating amongst Brimstone-cap Mushrooms.
There are three of these ruins in this area, two with Wisps and one that is empty:

- From Stonehold, use the Westward Portal at 68.6N, 23.3W.
