The Witch Cave was the first quest and dungeon designed by [[Turbine_Developers#Chris_.22Stormwaltz.22_L.27Etoile|Chris "Stormwaltz" L'Etoile]]. The quest was never finshed, but Chris mentioned that some of the characters were already in game.
