| Answer = The chest is set to spawn every 60 seconds. It's probably overloaded due to the fact that it's landblock is always in memory, and it's constantly being emptied. Overuse without reset can break generators - that's why BSD and OHN spawns go down. If you could convince everyone to leave a 2-landblock radius for a while, so it can be cleared from the server's memory, it would fix itself.
