| Answer = No, static quest and crafted items will not be dyeable. A pair of reasons for this: 1) Colors of quest/crafted items are chosen by the designer (usually) for a specific reason and allowing the user to color them ruins their image of the item. 2) Simple issues of the time it takes to make something dyeable. Making all "Flared Shirts" dyeable is easy. Making all "Horned Helms" dyeable is easy. However, making sure that each quest/crafted item is dyeable is '''hard''' and it's very possible for an item to slip through the cracks.
