| Answer = Not "jump over" so much as "slip through." If a landblock has only deep water in it, the servers will flag it as never-loaded. That means no one can enter it at all. Height is irrelevent. Now, if you have two "never-loaded" landblocks arranged diagonally, it's possible to sometimes pass through the small space where loaded landblocks meet.
