| Question = Seems like the monster of Dereth are getting more and more powerful. Magic D is pretty expensive for the lack of effect it has on beasts at higher levels. This is especially true for those that spec'ed it. Will there be some sort of balancing in the future to make spec'ing magic D worthwhile again?

| Answer = To be truthful, I've been slowly modifying the magic schools of creatures in order to make Magic Defense worthwhile. There are, however, creatures that cast spells as their only true method of attack. Most of those will probably not be changed in any great fashion.<br /><br />However, next time you resist a red phyntos wasp, think of me fondly.
