I feel like this article should be split into two:

* [[Heartland]] - an article about the general location, which would maybe have overlap with (or be a redirect to) [[Plains of Gaerwel]].

* [[22.6N, 37.2E - Heartland Farm]] - an article about this specific point of interest. This article should be a minor POI, not major POI, as there isn't anything particularly unique about it, other than the fact that [[Heartland Portal]]s go here.

My reasoning for this is 1) I feel that Heartland Portals are not a intended to be a portal to specific point like [[Riverbend Portal]]s, but rather a region like [[South Direlands Portal]]s so we should have an article for the corresponding region, and 2) This specific POI would be better categorized as a minor POI, which generally have an article name starting with coordinates.
