	Remember if you have already gotten the reward with a character this month that you cannot ~~recieve~~ another reward with that same character. There is no level restriction on the portal or the NPC giving the rewards so you can even run a mule to the Eastham portal, whoever, be warned that you have to jump down a cliff to get to the reward NPC. This might be deadly to an overburdened mule so drop weight and get bludgeoning protection 7 cast on you. The mule may get crap xp because its percent based but you will get the 3 use Mana Forge Key and the pack doll.
