After [[Gaerlan]]'s attempts to raise the Harbinger using [[Nuhmudira]] as a vessel fail, the energy from the summoning destroys the town of [[Yanshi]]. The Harbinger, now awakened and without a vessel to contain it, is free to draw the essence from the world.
